We visited a family consisting of three orphans and two widows. The only male member of the family was a six-year-old boy. Despite the poverty that they were living in, they were all incredibly positive and hospitable.
We were really touched by their story and are now sponsoring the family. We gave them food supplies and cash help cover basic necessities and shelter for six months. It’s amazing how such a small act of kindness can make such a big difference in their lives.
