We helped renovate a Mosque, which also serves as a community center for 80 poor families in Afghanistan. The mosque was in dire need of repair after years of war and poverty had taken their toll. The families that we help support rely on this mosque for their livelihoods. The kids come here to learn and the adults come here to socialize and earn money. This project was important to us because it represents our commitment to helping those who are less fortunate than us.
