This poor rundown village masjid needed renovation in Afghanistan Our organization helped. This Masjid is the village community center. It is a place where people can come to pray, learn, and socialize. The people of this village have been through a lot, they’ve seen war and poverty. The community didn’t have the money to renovate it, so they just prayed and hoped that one day it would be fixed. But through it all, their faith has remained strong. And this masjid is a symbol of that faith.
When we heard about the condition of this masjid, we knew we had to help. We allocated money and sent a team to renovate the building. It was a lot of work, but it was worth it. Now the masjid is a nicer place and the community can gather there with pride.
Kator Foundation would like to give thanks to the generosity of our donors so that villages like this have a better place of worship.
